CONDITIONS
To guarantee your room reservation, you’ll need to pay a $1,000 deposit, non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
A fee will be charged for outdoor wedding celebrations: Please note that for small groups of less than 50 people, your celebration may be held in the Gazebo on the spa side. To allow the biggest celebration to take place either at the rear Gazebo at Fontenel.
If you reserve 2 rooms, Fontenel South and North, and take only one room, you will be charged $1,000.
We do not accept confetti or glitter as decorations. If this is not respected, we will charge you a $50 fee. It is forbidden to hang anything on walls or ceilings.
Music volume should be respectable (100db). The maximum time for music is 1 a.m. Additional charges of $250 per hour.
In the evening, for cake and coffee service, you will be charged $2.50 + tax & service per person.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If there is a breakage in the room, we will charge you for the repairs.
We’ll charge you extra if you want the air conditioning to remain on for decoration purposes. If you have confirmed a certain number of people for your booking, you will be billed for that number, but if there are more, you will be billed for any additional people.
For meals, children aged 0 to 4 eat for free, and children aged 5 to 10 eat at half price.
A minimum of 25 people is required for all private room menus.
In accordance with Quebec law* , it is forbidden to take beverages not originating from our establishment on the property, including the parking lot. Anyone caught with alcohol not originating from our establishment(i.e. not certified by the Régie des alcools du Québec) will be asked to leave (zero tolerance).
Reservation of private room for lunch (room available until 3:30 pm maximum).
Round white tablecloth rental ($12 surcharge) per table.
