Reservations and deposits
To guarantee your room reservation, a deposit of $1,000 is required.
This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If you reserve two rooms (Fontenel North and Fontenel South) and ultimately decide to use only one, a fee of $1,000 will be charged.
Number of people
A minimum of 25 people is required for all private room menus.
If you confirm a certain number of people for your booking, you will be charged for this number.
If the number of people increases, additional charges will apply for additional guests.
CHILDREN :
0 to 4 years: free
5 to 10 years: half price
Outdoor celebrations
Fees apply for outside celebrations.
450 for a gazebo ceremony
For groups of less than 50 people, the celebration can take place in the spa-side gazebo.
For larger groups, the celebration will take place in the rear gazebo of the Fontenel.
Room reservation (lunch)
Private room reservations for lunch are available until 3:30 pm maximum.
Decoration
Round white tablecloth rental : $12 per table
Confetti and glitter are forbidden
Decorations may not be hung from walls or ceilings
If these rules are not respected, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Music and schedule
The volume of the music must remain respectable (maximum 100 dB).
Music ends: 1 a.m.
After 1 hour: $250 per additional hour
Food and beverages
Under Quebec law, it is strictly forbidden to bring in beverages from outside the establishment, including in the parking lot.
Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be asked to leave immediately (zero tolerance).
Liability
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any breakage or damage to the room will be billed to the customer to cover repairs.
Additional conditions
Additional charges may apply if you wish to keep the air conditioning on for decorative reasons.
