To be brief, no! Euro-Spa Wellness Resort offers a smoke-free environment. In order to respect others and to keep a clean healthy and relaxing environment, it is forbidden to smoke inside our building; however, there are specific places for smokers outside.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
A courtesy service (airport, train station and terminus) is available for packages of 2 days, 2 nights and more.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for FREE for all paying customers.
With packages without accommodation, bring two beach towels, sandals (plastic or rubber), one or two swimsuits and a bath robe. You may rent a bathrobe and towels for $ 5.00 per person.
For packages with accommodation, bring plastic or rubber sandals and one or two swimsuits. Bathrobe and towels are included during your stay.
No refund in case of hasty departure on packages and unused treatments.
A 25% cancellation fee will be applied by default to any cancellation less than 48 hours notice. No refund on these fees.
We highly recommend leaving all your jewelry at home.
In case of a delay on your part when you arrive, we can not guarantee an extension or even a change of time of your treatment. It will therefore be reduced or even canceled (without refund) depending on your arrival time.
Opening hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For packages with accommodation in the main building, will be available in the room: bathrobes, towels, hair dryer, iron, TV, telephone and water bottles.
Unless a prior agreement with the reception, you must vacate your room by 9:30 am. If your package continues until 18:00, you can leave your luggage in the lockers.
