What time is my room available?

Rooms are accessible from 10:00 am upon arrival, unless otherwise advised by the reception.

 

What is check out time?

Unless previously agreed with the reception, the room must be vacated by 9:30 am. If your package continues until 6:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in the lockers.

 

 

 

CONTRAINDICATION: I have health problems or I am a person with reduced mobility

Clients with certain health problems or reduced mobility must be accompanied.

Known health problem: consult your doctor for authorization before using the spa activities.

You must also complete a form releasing us from any liability for any incident that may occur on the site.

CONTRAINDICATION: I have a contagious infection, can I use spas and other facilities?

A person suffering from a contagious infection (e.g. athlete's foot, vaginitis, flu, etc.) cannot use the spa facilities.

CONTRAINDICATION: I am pregnant, can I use spas and other facilities?

If you are pregnant please consult your doctor.

Is smoking permitted?

To be brief, no! The Euro-Spa Health Centre offers you a smoke-free environment. In order to respect other users and to keep the environment clean for health and relaxation, it is forbidden to smoke inside our facilities. There are specific areas for smokers outside.

Do I have to guarantee my reservation?

All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.

I have a package with accomodation what do I bring?

For packages with accommodation, bring plastic or rubber sandals and one or two swimsuits. Bathrobe and towels are included during your stay.

I have a package without accommodation, what do I bring?

For packages without accommodation, bring 2 beach towels, plastic or rubber sandals, one or two bathing suits and a bathrobe. Rental of bathrobes and towels is available for $5.00 per person.

I wish to cancel one or more packages, are there any fees?

A penality fee of 25% per package will be applied to any cancellation within 48 hours of arrival. 

I must or I wish to leave before the end of my treatments, can I be reimbursed?

No refund in case of early departure on unused packages and treatments.

I wear jewelry

We recommend that you leave your jewellery at home.

I am late, can I postpone my treatment(s)?

In the event of a delay on your part upon your arrival, we cannot guarantee an extension or even a change of time of your treatment. It will therefore be reduced or even cancelled (without refund) depending on your arrival time.

Are children welcome?

Children aged 12 and over are welcome, but must observe the Spa rules.

Are tips for my meals and room service included in the price?

No, tips for meals in the dining room, as well as for cleaning service in the room are not included.

Have tips been included in the price of the treatments?

No, tips are not included. At your discretion, you may leave a tip at the time of your treatments. Tips can also be added when checking out.

Are the taxes on my package included in the price?

No, the taxes on your package are extra.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi for your customers?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our customers

Do you offer a courtesy service (airport, station and terminus)?

A shuttle service (airport, train station and bus station) is available for packages of 2 days, 2 nights and more. Inquire for fees about this service.  Extra charge will be charge for the pick up.

Can I get an insurance receipt?

All our massage therapists are accredited by a recognized professional association and can issue receipts for the amount of your massage.

What is included with my package with hosting?

For packages with accommodation in the main building, you will be able to use: Bathrobes, hairdryer, iron, television, telephone.

What are the opening hours of your Centre?

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Access to the spa until 6:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

*Please note that the reception is closed between 9:30 pm and 7:30 am.
